This one was written by Richard Witte and was recorded December 1965. Personally I'm not sure if the company theme song by Smokey was ever recorded....but I think this one is just as good for the theme tune Ain't No Place Like Motown

Wow! Is that the theme song for Motown? I've never heard that song before. It was a song about Motown. Nice find.

Sounds nice. I wonder who are on the vocals?

Sounds nice. I wonder who are on the vocals? Ok, I just read that it was the Velvelettes. They sound good. The Velvelettes(in my opinion) was another underrated Motown Act.

I would recommend their Anthology to anybody who's curious abut them. they could sing it all but IMO their ballads were their strongest points
