There were different versions of "Every Beat of My Heart". One was on Vee-Jay, and another one on Fury, and this one on the Motown's Soul label is a rare version of "Every Beat of My Heart". The third version was not one of my favorites, but the best version of that song is the Vee-Jay version. The original Vee-Jay version is way, way better than the Fury and Soul versions. This was from the "Greatest Hits" LP from 1970 where it has that version. I'll stick with the original one on Vee-Jay, because it's a classic. www.youtube.com/watch?v=JbcCQnNZrVs

I have one of the pre Motown versions but I can't find it and I only played it a couple of times. I'm used to the Motown version but either way I still love the song
