Alright now I know that The Beatles cover a Marvelettes song and that the Supremes/DRATS covered numerous Beatles songs, but how many other Motown artists covered the Beatles?

The Beatles covered not only the Marvelettes but also the Miracles. The Miracles, Supremes and Marvin, I know, have done "Yesterday" (but who hasn't, lol) I think Marvin's version is the better one but that's just me. The Beatles also covered "Money" and "Twist & Shout" (ok the latter one is not a Motown recording but it is Motown-esque to a fault by the Isleys, lol).

Oh yeah, STEVIE WONDER! His funky version of the Beatles' "We Can Work It Out" hit #3 R&B and #13 pop in 1970.

I love the Tempts version of Yesterday from live and also Florence's version.
What I respect about the Beatles is that they gave credit to the founders of, the real founders of what we know as Rock N' Roll. They didn't say what was supposed to be said, they told the truth about that and knew from where their influence came.

That is so true.
And I ♥ Flo's version of Yesterday. It really shows the Billie Holiday side of her.

Yeah, the Beatles' biggest idols were Chuck Berry and Little Richard. They also were fans of Mary. That's how GREAT Mary was/is. She was so great the Beatles were in  with her. That's what you call a great artist IMHO when another great artist thinks you're that good to open for them.

Oh, almost forgot, the Beatles also named Ray Charles and Sam Cooke as biggest inspirations too.

I think they are highly overrated and their music stinks

Ditto that, Kay... the Isley Brothers' music kicks the Beatles' butts yet they don't get the same credit the Beatles got... I saw a few articles where Ron Isley said that the Beatles were trying to be the Isleys in the beginning of their career. I can agree to that even if they did have instruments, I saw footage of them jumping around and trying to sing Isleys, John Lennon, I dig him as an activist and I love some of his solo songs, but he was NO Ron Isley.

Don't it? And the nerve that sheep-braying singer try to buy their catalogue though he claimed he didn't know the Isleys song he covered.
