Motown's Martha Reeves Speaks about Jackson Trial By Val Clark Web produced by Seth Myers June 13, 2005 When Motown star Martha Reeves met Michael Jackson and his brothers, the pop star was only 7 years old. She was grateful for Monday’s verdict. Reeves said she never spent time with the Jacksons in their home, but fondly recalled sharing a limousine with her Motown Records label mates long ago. "I just know them as great performers," said the Motown legend. "I hope Michael doesn’t lose his spirit to perform," Reeves said. She also credited the Jacksons as being a strong family who raised their children properly. "They’re famous and they’re talented, and they’re going to be victimized," she stated. "Now that he’s got this all cleared up, he’ll have to learn to send children home," Reeves said. "Send them home with their parents." Martha Reeves speaks out about the Jackson trial

I'm glad he got off, I just hope he gets himself together and gives the fans a comeback they've been waiting for - myself included ;D

I'm glad Mike was acquitted; I never thought he did it; but the behavior makes anyone question it, ya know! As always, I held Mike down; folks really do need to let him be and stay outta his business; he is no different from the rest of the eccentric people of the world; everyone wants to be an amateur psychiatrist Bring it back, Mike I'll be waiting ...

I can't stand it when the media tries to examine every aspect of his behaviour. Maybe they would understand him more if they were also performing from the age of 5...

They need to stick to what they know and if they want to talk about things they don't know about, like his character and personality, they'd better learn more or keep their traps shut
