Ross won't face charges in shoving toddler following concert
ENGLAND - After being questioned by British police following a concert at Newcastle Arena, singer Diana Ross won't be charged after allegedly shoving a three-year-old girl who was trying "to get an autograph" from the Motown star. Ross, 63, reportedly pushed through autograph seekers as she was leaving a Newcastle-area place when the shoving incident occurred. Afterwards, police announced it wouldn't go further in investigating Ross since the shove was "clearly accidental". The ex-Supremes front woman is currently on the European leg of her "I Love You" tour and will return to America in June to accept a Lifetime Achievement Award at the BET Awards on June 26.

Then again, I truly think she didn't mean to do that, jokes aside. And again, who would allow a three-year-old to go to a concert and then get pushed to get an autograph signing? The father should be put at fault, I'm sure she didn't know who Diane was at all, lol!
