I just think it is stupid the way they have gone about things ... I would assume one format (most preferebly the International/ UK version) for all would just be normal :whoknows:

You know?! :frustration: It sucks. By the way, they (Wal-Mart) don't have it. :woahisme: But I did get something very special: Martha Reeves & the Vandellas' Greatest Hits set! The 2-CD "Gold" set. Right now, I'm listening to Disc 1 and I'm blown away by it. Martha Reeves truly was the queen of Motown after Mary Wells. :queendiva: I'll review the whole thing soon as I get done with it.

((timmy)) I was baffled to say the least, but thats the end of his chapter Anyways this DVD is worth every d*mn penny! The footage is sharp, the audio is perfect and in between the performances are interview clips of Marvin from different shows talking about different albums or songs What I didn't get though why they didn't keep the last 6 performances in chronological order annnnnd in a way I felt kinda gipped because the Come Get To This and Let's Get It On performances are both taken from the bonus concert already included on the DVD I just think they shoulda found two different performances to give us more variety The concert is great though to say the least. It shows that Marvin never lost a d*mn thing ;D He opens up with Got To Give It Up and I'm telling ya I have never seen him do so much dancing before! It sure brought a big smile to my face because you can see how much he is enjoying himself up on that stage. It's Marvin like we have NEVER seen him before lol The best part of it for me though is his "Tammi Terrell Medley " He starts off by saying he tried to pick her three most favourite songs and there are parts where he's singing and looking upward - plain beautiful I tell ya Last of all I listened to the A Cappela tracks - for anybody who doesn't understand why Marvin is the Master, will understand 100% and then some after listening to them Breathtaking ain't even the word. Hearing him with just the Vandellas, Andantes, Flo and most of all Tammi is just the icing on the cake I am sad to learn we don't get all of the extras but I should be getting my copy tomorrow, fingers crossed. Does your version have the audio CD as well by any chance ((Kay))??

American retail stores don't look out for us. Plus Wal Mart got too many Latin/Mexican CDs/DVDs as of late. :whoknows: And too much rock tho I don't mind hard rock and classic rock but still, leave a big collection of Motown CDs and DVDs there so people will know where to go to instead of being scattered in pop, rock and R&B selections. :bonk:

Have any of ya'll got this yet?? I wanted to see some feedback lol I guess this was for me lol. This DVD is amazing guys and is one of the best tribute's to Marvin I have ever seen. The packaging is beautiful to say the least with several pictures either promotional or otherwise showing us Marvin over the years, which I adore. The performances chosen here chronical his career very well, but my favorite one's were Grapevine, What's Going On? and What's Happening Brother because of the live audio and we get to see him jamming on the piano The last three A Funky Space Reincarnation, Ego Tripping Out and Heavy Love Affair are very delightful too, simply for the fact that Marvin did not really like to perform on stage, yet he is enjoying himself and getting his steps down The clip with Tammi we are all familiar with, but everytime you see them together it warms the heart and along with the earlier clips on here, the sound has been remastered but it was for the best because it makes everything perfect! I don't really want to spoil it for anybody but if you are a fan of Motown you WILL get this
