This is a thread for those unsupported, unrecognized and maybe unwanted as superstars.
We all know, Motown had lots more talent than was ever promoted, properly and at all!
Who do you think are those artists, musicians and/or writers, even producers at the label??

Who do you think are those artists, musicians and/or writers, even producers at the label?? Great question ((Jazzy)) Quite a few talented people fell through the cracks at Motown. It would be a good idea if we could start from the beginning and shed some light on the ones who didn't get the chance to even shine half as brightly as others

First person I decided to name in this thread is Sammy Ward :gentleman: One of the early artists whom Berry experimented with way before finding the Classic Motown sound

Who do you think are those artists, musicians and/or writers, even producers at the label?? I think Ronnie White was quite underrated as a songwriter. He may have been in 'group A' but to me he always gets overlooked because of Smokey. Smokey is a great songwriter, but Ronnie had skills too :angelwings:

He wrote and co-wrote many of those hits we only hear Smokey's name accredited. What about those friends, huh :whoknows:

Another Legend who i'd like to mention in this thread is Mr Roger Penzabine. He was an incredible songwriter who co wrote my #1 song on the Tempts Wish It Would Rain Album: I Could Never Love Another
