A #1's list without "My Girl" The song "My Girl" was #1 on both the Billboard R&B and Pop charts. In New York City, the song was #4 on the WABC All American Survey back in 1965. That song couldn't make it to #1 in the NYC charts since it was played on Musicradio WABC.
