I did read the booklet though and I really don't understand why on God's green earth Otis Willaims was chosen to do the foreword :befuddled:

HUH!?! OTIS 'I couldn't sing half-a-lick' WILLIAMS did the FOREWORD!?! That's as bad as BERRY or SMOKEY giving him a foreword! But hey... it's all good, but for real, let us know how it is, it's hard finding that joint in America, I tried finding it in Wal Mart last Friday and couldn't find it anywhere! LOL

((timmy)) I was baffled to say the least, but thats the end of his chapter :teehee: Anyways this DVD is worth every d*mn penny! The footage is sharp, the audio is perfect and in between the performances are interview clips of Marvin from different shows talking about different albums or songs  What I didn't get though why they didn't keep the last 6 performances in chronological order annnnnd in a way I felt kinda gipped because the Come Get To This and Let's Get It On performances are both taken from the bonus concert already included on the DVD I just think they shoulda found two different performances to give us more variety :idunno: The concert is great though to say the least. It shows that Marvin never lost a d*mn thing ;D He opens up with Got To Give It Up and I'm telling ya I have never seen him do so much dancing before! It sure brought a big smile to my face because you can see how much he is enjoying himself up on that stage. It's Marvin like we have NEVER seen him before lol :yeahbaby: The best part of it for me though is his "Tammi Terrell Medley " He starts off by saying he tried to pick her three most favourite songs and there are parts where he's singing and looking upward - plain beautiful I tell ya  Last of all I listened to the A Cappela tracks - for anybody who doesn't understand why Marvin is the Master, will understand 100% and then some after listening to them  Breathtaking ain't even the word. Hearing him with just the Vandellas, Andantes, Flo and most of all Tammi is just the icing on the cake :rockonbaby:

Well thank you for that review ((Kay))! :cheezy: .... I am really surprised to find that Otis wrote the foreword too, I would have expected Smokey so that one is a surprise... Another interesting point you brought up is about the Come Get To This and Let's Get It On clips too but I guess that's just Motown for you; always holding back when we know there is so much more they could share :suspect: ... But I will still be getting my copy regardless ... I cannot wait to hear those A Cappela tracks :justlisten:

I'm gonna try to see if they have it on Wal-Mart today once I get my allowance, lol. It'll be a RARITY for me because I'll be watching most of the performances for the very first time so I can go ahead and try to see if I can give you guys in America a juicy review since I found out that we don't have the extra acapella tracks here. :woahisme: But it's all good, I just want the performances. :kingtheman:

Oh, they may have the acapella tracks (maybe) but they don't have the Belgium concert. Bummer. :woahisme: It's all good tho. Least some of the performances from that time WILL be on it, I guess this is how they rounded it up here, lol.

((Quick)) the US release only contains the performances and nothing else I'm afraid .. and if we were to try ordering the limited International editon there is no guarantee that it will play on US DVD players *sigh*
