Motownmaster, on YouTube had given an inside story on the very beginnings of Motown. Starting in 1959, Marv Johnson released "Come to Me" on the very first Tamla label, it was later released on the United Artists label that same year since it came out. This song was one of the earliest Motown singles ever. The next one was called "I Like Everything About You" by the Voicemasters on the Anna label, The next one was called "Going to the Hop" by the Satintones on the Tamla label. This was their only release before other songs by the Satintones would later appeared on Motown. The next one on the Tamla label was a classic "Money (That's What I Want)" by Barret Strong on the Tamla label, it was later released on the Anna label. And finally, the Miracles with "The Feeling Is So Fine" on the Tamla label, It was later replaced by "Way Over There". This was the Miracles first single release on the Tamla label. I hope you will enjoy these early Motown songs. www.youtube.com/watch?v=fKddzRoYYlI
