I guess I am the only one who doesn't see a reunion at all then ...

I know what you mean . Not to seem pessimistic, but more and more, I think a real reunion will be just a fantasy ...

I don't think you're the only one who thinks that, (((Hitsville))), not at all. Obviously they probably need to reconcile their friendship rather than reunite musically, lol. It's the only way. I'm sure down the line if Mary is asked about Diane (as she always is and always will be), she'd probably say "oh we talk and had a very good conversation". But in the hindsight of music fans, they do want a reunion between the Supremes in some part, lol. People love a reunion story. Look at Sting getting back with the Police for a tour after 20 years.

Absolutely. You know everytime I picture the reunion, I see it on Oprah, or something. Some place where people would make it a big deal, like it should be.
Speaking of big deals, did anyone see the performance by Jennifer Holiday at the Oscars last nite? It was good, she did good, but the setup was way below what she deserved. Too me, the band was mediocre, and the whole staging and her being secluded on a stage was awkward a bit. She was definitely not given decent respect like she needs ...

A whole lot of people would say the opposite of that. I guess I was expecting this whirlwind but she didn't blow me away at any setting.

Well for one, she needs to stop singing as if she's about to have a seizure. I almost ached every time I saw her bellow that song, lol. For real. LOL

lol True . One thing Hudson does well is display every emotion without her face looking like its mutating . I love Holiday's version, but lately its like she needs her face to save the performance, I guess .

Yeah, Jennifer Holiday scares the bejesus out of me when she sings and her face retorts.

lol! I think she gets so emotional with that song, that she just lets it all out. The face, it seems, shows that she ain't jokin with that song!

I know, she just looks when she does it though. Eyes bugging out, mouth caving in, neck all twisted... LOL You know what I mean?

Absolutely. At times I love it, but if you're not used to that kinda soul, you gonna be overwhelmed!
