The 2nd one is nice, but the first is better.
But the 2nd "diana" and the girl on the left bear a resemblence to diana and mary...kinda...lol

Yeah Quick, the true originals Flo, Mary and Diane
Ant they were a lot easier to take as a four girl group, maybe I can find a shoot of them imitating Primettes

...................................DRATS You be the judge: Kelly has always reminded me of Mary, although I do think this picture is just tacky.

I agree Kelly do remind you of Mary. I wonder if she will write a book about "Destiny`s Child" ten years from now. ;D

Diane = Beyonce Mary = Kelly Flo = Letoya Barbara= Latavia Cindy = Michelle Lynda = Farrah
In terms of comparisons:
Lynda Laurence was only with the Supremes for a year, Farrah Franklin was only with Destiny's Child for six months I believe.
Cindy Birdsong is one of the most consistent members of the Supremes and she stayed around just long enough to be part of the early-1970s Supremes success story. Michelle Williams stayed around long enough to share the success that Destiny's Child was already enjoying.
LaTavia Roberson is the Barbara Martin of Destiny's Child (for now). It's like Barbara left to start a family; after LaTavia was ousted out of the group, she went into non-musical stuff so she's hardly heard from.
There's a lot of Flo Ballard in Letoya Luckett, the other original member of the group. A founding member of Destiny's Child in 1993, after Letoya was ousted, she and LaTavia tried forming another group (Anjel) but that flopped and she worked tirelessly in the Houston music scene before assuring herself to go solo and much like Flo in her last year before her death, Letoya got success which unlike Flo was finally realized when her album hit No. 1 and went gold for her. She'll be more like Effie White in DreamGirls in overcoming obscurity to become a rising R&B star.
Now to the two most infamous members of the Supremes - Diana Ross and Mary Wilson in comparison to the two most infamous members of Destiny's Child - Beyonce Knowles and Kelly Rowland. Like Diane and Mary, Beyonce and Kelly were like sisters. Like Diane and Mary, they went through some early infractions in the group throughout the sixties before Diane split, Beyonce and Kelly stayed together through Destiny's Child's duration together.
Kelly is much like Mary because of how her solo career has been pretty much maligned despite some success for Kelly, I could see her writing a book on DC like Mary did the Supremes and probably build up her popularity through nostalgia by performing some DC songs 10 years from now.
Beyonce is truly the Diana Ross in her era with a few exceptions - she has yet got an Oscar nod like Diane did, like Diane, she's pretty much a success as a solo artist and during DC's tenure was the main focal point of the group boosted by her svengali father Mathew much like Diane was the main focal point of the Supremes boosted by her svengali boss and boyfriend Berry Gordy. Now we'll wait to see if Beyonce either marries Jay-Z or marries a rich white man and have kids that go to college, mess with security guards and get drunk while on the wrong side of the Blockbuster Video lane.
Ok, maybe that won't happen. But it's clear that Destiny's Child is the millennium version of the Supremes. And that their story (and juicy rumors considering drama among group members and the lead singer's father) would continue to be pressed day in and day out much like the Supremes are now.

Mary and Kelly both have the buck teeth And yeah, more power to Quick, I couldn't do it Although, the Supremes will always be in a league of their own, more likely for coming first, there are many similarities with Destiny's Child and of course Diane and Beyonce, neither can sing nor act, but due to the svengali's and one of their actual and the other's perceived 'look' (for lack of a better term) they are thought or said to be so talented and what have you They both send me to the channel changer

It's funny LeToya was always my fave in that group anyway, but you hit the nail on the head. The only members I never really noticed being comparable to Supremes were Farrah and LaTavia, but yeah you got it all right lol
