This was supposed to be done a good while ago, but you know how that goes :mygosh: And here goes, who do you think was a ringer in the background or of the lesser known lead voices Who could have, if given an honest chance been the voice we all know and love (or don't love) Or, an even better way to look at it, who should have been given and honest chance (material and production-wise) to get their chance to outshine the sun Now I love Motown music, it's as much a part of me and my life as any biological function. But we all know or should know and admit that the head honchos seemed to choose a voice and or star and stick with it. My question is an honest look at Motown's famous classic groups and their organization. Can't wait to see what and who we come up with :sweetassugar:

Lawrence Payton! ... yes he got a few album cuts but I feel he could have shined a lot more if given a solo opportunity ... he had one of the best vocal ranges I have ever heard :yeahbaby:
