Welcome to the board ((Paulg)) Nice to have you here  Off the top of my head the only person I can think of is Eddie Kendricks, but that would be around early to mid 70's and not the late 60's. I could always post the song up for you if you want so you can check it out and see if that's the one, just let me know In the meantime feel free to look around and make yourself comfortable :word:

i was on amazon.com and a song simply called "Happy" by eddie kendricks was there but that was not it. maybe i asked the question wrong. here's how the chorus went (again this is the way i remember it but it's just about accurate)
"make you happy" *drums go fast like dumdumdumdum dumdumdumdum *clash* make you happy. (repeat) something like that. and again i know it was in the 70's but i forget what year or who sang it. I hope you can help.

Hey ((Paulg)) I'm still trying to think but listen to EJK one more time just so your 100% sure lol If this definitely isn't it then let me know, i'll be keeping my ear to the ground for you okay Easiest thing to do is right click and save target as, that way you don't have to wait for buffering lol.... no that is definitely not it. as i said the song was sung kinda loud. if it was not a motown song it was in the soul catagory in someway because it was definitely that.

Hello there ((Paulg)) Welcome to Motown Forever
It would help me if you knew a little more of the song, perhaps a few lines, or the chorus maybe :okiagree:
